Returns policy
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing support@shoplerose.com. Our team aims to respond within 1-2 business days.
Detailed Returns Policy
Conditions for Returns Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, neatly folded, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging, free of makeup, dirt, and pet hair. Returns that do not meet these standards will not be accepted. Items must be sent in the mail within 3 business days of receipt of your return authorisation.
Refunds If your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days back to the original method of payment, minus any shipping charges. Funds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account. Store credits are issued immediately.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received a refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as there may be delays. If after these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact support@shoplerose.com.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a traceable service, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
