What is your name?
Nicole Papayans Hocker
Wedding date and location?
7.13.19 Rancho Las Lomas, Silverado, CA
How did he propose?
We hiked 5 miles into the Sequoias and he proposed to me under a Sequoia tree in the middle of the forest.
What was your goal for your wedding / what was the most important aspect to you?
I really wanted to put on a production for everyone so my guests could feel entertained by performances, live band, music and dancing from my Armenian heritage and plenty of food and booze. I also really loved the fact that our wedding was private and we had access to the entire venue with many photo opportunities and it was amazing to be surrounded by so much greenery and animals.
How did you choose Le Rose for your wedding PJs?
I was searching all over the Internet for “silk floral pajamas” and I kept coming across Le Rose pajama set. Months had gone by and I still could not find anything as beautiful as these sets and I finally bought them, which was the best decision.
What did you like the most about your Le Rose PJs?
I loved how the pajama set came out in the photos, they looked great on every girl. I also love the fact that they were extremely comfortable for the day of my wedding and I can wear them again for bedtime.
Were there funny moments from the day?
There were many funny moments, but I think what really shocked our guests was the choreographed dance we did with my outfit change from the foxtrot to salsa.
What was your favourite moment while getting ready in your Le Rose garment?
When it took my Matron of honour 5 hours to realize her pajama set was a different colour than the rest of the bridesmaids and she said: “omg wait... mines pink and yours is blue!”
What wisdom or advice can you share to other Le Rose Brides?
I highly suggest Le Rose. They have great quality apparel and it’s beautiful/ elegant for photos. My advice would be to purchase these outfits for you and your bridal party as well as parents involved. My grandma wants me to purchase a pajama set for her after she saw us wearing ours.
