Le Rose Bride - Bella

What is your name?

Bella Burgio

Wedding date and location?

Friday, 13 March 2020.

Ceremony & Reception: Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club in Peppermint Grove, WA.

How did he propose?

Pete proposed in the 'City Love' so it was rather romantic! We had both planned a beautiful picnic on the grass in front of the Eiffel Tower as it's always been something on my bucket list. Little did I know that Pete had plans of his own. We had just popped the champagne and next thing I knew he was on his knee and proposed.

What was your goal for your wedding / what was the most important aspect to you?

The goal of our wedding was to create an epic party that our guests would remember for years to come.

Styling-wise, we were aiming for classic, romantic and elegant.

How did you choose Le Rose for your wedding?

I was already following Le Rose on instagram so it was a no brainer for me!

What did you like the most about your Le Rose Pyjamas?

They were extremely comfortable and the quality was impeccable. The personalisation on the front and the sleeve was a nice touch. I have officially found my new favourite PJs.

Were there any funny moments from the day?

Too many to list! One of the funniest though is when our photographer @KeeperCreative tried to get a photo of the whole bridal party watching Peter shake up a champagne bottle to have the cork fly off. Let's just say it was anti-climatic.

What was your favourite moment while getting ready in your Le Rose Pyjamas?

I loved every second of it! We popped the bubbly and put on a playlist of amazing getting ready songs which helped settle any nerves and hyped me up for the next stage! We looked great whilst doing it too.

What wisdom or advice can you share to other Le Rose Brides?

Don't compromise what you want as a couple for the guests. It's your day so do exactly what feels like you and reflects your love.
