Le Rose Bride - Jessica

Le Rose Bride - Jessica

What is your name?

Jess Geizer

Wedding date and location?

1 July 2019 at Gabbinbar Homestead, Toowoomba.

How did he propose?

Jordan completely surprised me by flying to my hometown in Newcastle where I was for the weekend. He cleverly organised with a friend of ours to take me to the spot where we had our first picnic. Little did I know, he had flown down from Brisbane the day before, and was waiting for me on the edge of a beautiful cliff overlooking the beach. He proposed and everybody on the beach below cheered! It was beautiful.

What was your goal for your wedding / what was the most important aspect to you?

It was important to both of us to have the most enjoyable day with our closest family and friends. Thankfully, almost everything went to plan and we had the most beautiful day. It was an absolute dream come true.

How did you choose Le Rose for your wedding PJs?

Being a winter wedding, I knew it was going to be a little chilly! A long sleeve set with cute shorts was perfect. I needed my girls and I to be warm but still look cute! I wanted something the girls would love, and could wear again - which they did!

What did you like the most about your Le Rose PJs?

I was so impressed with the high level of quality of the PJs. It is so hard to find white PJs that aren’t see through! The PJs I received were not see through at all, and I absolutely love the soft feel of the pjs. They were perfect.

Were there funny moments from the day?

When I was walking down the aisle, my veil got stuck on a plant!! Lucky no one saw, as I was around the corner from the ceremony area. I just remember asking my Dad to stop walking because I was stuck haha.

What was your favourite moment while getting ready in your Le Rose garments?

My bridesmaids and I had such a fun morning in our pjs. We were comfortable getting our hair and makeup done and photos taken, and of course, while eating food and laughing all morning!

What wisdom or advice can you share to other Le Rose Brides?

My advice to other Le Rose brides would be, and cliche as it sounds, take moments throughout the day to enjoy yourself! The wedding day is probably one of the best days of your life, so make sure you enjoy it!
