Payment Methods
Le Rose securely accepts credit card payments including Visa, MasterCard and American Express via PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from our store and can pay via credit card through PayPal.
Packaging and Shipping
All our hampers are packed and than securely wrapped in protective packaging and dispatched in custom size cartons to suit each order. Please keep in mind there may be slight variations to each order that may differ from images. All care is taken to avoid damage during transit. If upon receipt of your package it has been damaged please contact us immediately at sales@lerose.com.au
All orders for individual robes are wrapped in tissue paper and sent in postal sachets.
Orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days unless otherwise stated. We send all our goods via Australia Post. All of our parcels require a signature, if you're not at home at the time of delivery a calling card will be left for collection.
For international shipping please contact us at sales@lerose.com.au for a shipping quote.
All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, we recommend checking with the relevant departments in your country prior to purchasing.
Alcohol
Hampers that contain alcohol must only be sent to recipients that are over the age of the 18.
Exchange and Returns
We will refund if you’re item is received damaged, however we do not refund for change of mind.
Any sales that are on pre-order basis and for any reason are not sent before the advised date we will refund your order if requested.
We require returns within 7 days of purchase and returned in the carton supplied and packed securely.
The customer must organise the return to us – if item is received damaged or different to that described please include a copy of your postage receipt and we will cover the cost of postage.
For change of mind purchases the customer must cover the cost of returned postage.
Privacy Policy
Le Rose will not share any personal details and will never sell or supply your information to third-parties. The information we are given by Paypal includes your name, address and e-mail. PayPal encrypts your credit card information and transmits it over a secure server. Le Rose will only contact you regarding your order. We won’t send emails to you unless you join our mailing list.
