Yes! We take great pride in our bespoke packaging. Every order arrives safely and beautifully wrapped.
Bridal robes and sleepwear are packed in soft white satin gift bags with ribbon and a gift card, then delivered in postal sachets.
Can I return personalized items?
Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on personalized items due to their unique nature. If you're unsure about sizing or style, our support team is here to help. Feel free to reach out for any guidance to ensure you make the right choice.
What if my size is sold out?
Our items sell quickly, but we do aim to restock. Simply select 'Notify Me When It's Available' on the product page and enter your email to get updates. If you need the item by a specific date, feel free to contact our support team. Please note, sale or clearance items are usually not restocked.
